We have used Manor Property to manage our house for six years now and their service has always been prompt, professional and in a word, EXCELLENT. There have been problems with a tenant not paying rent which needed a great deal of monitoring, chasing and plenty of paperwork but we were always kept informed by Stuart who does a great job. I recently secured the tenancy of my flat with Manor Property Management (North East) Ltd and cannot express how helpful they have been to me.

This is the first tenancy I’ve had, so I was totally unaware of how to make an application, but after contacting Manor and speaking to Barbara, I was given step by step information on the whole process. She advised me of exactly what I would need at every stage and also arranged for me to view the property.

After informing Manor that I would like to proceed with an application for the tenancy, I was invited to their offices in Sunderland to complete the necessary paperwork.

The staff were all very friendly, extremely helpful and Barbara even kept my young son amused while I concentrated on completing the application forms.

I was kept updated with the progress and then notified by telephone that I had been successful with my application so I returned to the office to complete the tenancy agreement and pay my deposit/advance rent. I received a copy of the agreement and receipts for my payments, together with general information leaflets. I was also given the keys to the property meaning I was able to move in very quickly.

After securing my tenancy, I had a few questions and I had to telephone or email Manor on a few occasions. I was always treated in a friendly manner and the information I asked for was quickly supplied.

Since moving into the property, any repairs I have needed have been dealt with extremely promptly and I’ve been regularly kept informed of their progress.

I can highly recommend Manor to anyone looking for a new home as I received an excellent professional service and I was impressed with how easy they made the whole process.

I hope to continue to be their client for many years to come.
